W.I.P - SGD NFSU TRAFFIC PACK ( update 2 )

DESCRIPTION:
Also added "Jose's - stage:2" car to the pack, needed to edit sideskirt height and also rear bumper height 
they was too low and also rear bumper middle part to fit EU license plate.
