W.I.P - SGD RJL SCANIA ADDONS ( update 24 )

DESCRIPTION:
Added "ElyTrans #2" paintjob, to match preview picture i needed to add Bull bar,
so now are 15 types of Bull bar #1 in comming update for R4 and RS.
