W.I.P - SGD TRAILER PACK ( update 4 )

DESCRIPTION:
After game update version to 1.57.xx , ETS2 will have some LOADING ANIMATION, so i also added new trailer
to my pack, a reworked SCS LOG trailer, still need to finish some things on it.
